Products and Condition

All items are unique antiques or vintage goods. Minor defects, patina, or restorations may be present and are part of the value and character. Measurements and weights are approximate.

Pricing and Currency

Prices are listed in CHF and may change without notice. Any shipping, handling, duties, or taxes are shown or communicated separately where applicable.

Orders and Availability

Placing an item in the cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge receipt of payment and confirm availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Shipping and Pickup

We offer shipping and local pickup options as shown in the cart. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or upon pickup.

Local pickup

For local pickup, items must be collected within 14 days of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments

We accept the payment methods shown in the cart (e.g., Twint or PayPal). Orders are processed after cleared payment.

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of antiques, returns are not accepted.

Authenticity and Descriptions

Descriptions and photos aim to represent the item faithfully. However, color variations and minor inaccuracies can occur. Provenance and dating are provided when available and to the best of our knowledge.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for injury caused by gross negligence.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Nyon, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.
