Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy
Last Updated: May 2026
Welcome to our platform. We provide an online marketplace infrastructure that allows independent suppliers and users to create profiles and list items for sale. Because our platform is built on user-generated content, we take intellectual property rights very seriously.
1. User Responsibility & Image Ownership
By uploading any imagery, photographs, graphics, or text to this website (including product listings and profile pictures), you explicitly warrant and represent that:
- You are the sole legal owner of the copyright, or you hold an express, valid commercial license to use and distribute that specific content globally.
- The content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party.
You bear sole civil and criminal liability for any content you upload to our servers. Our platform acts strictly as a technical hosting intermediary and infrastructure provider; we do not pre-screen, monitor, verify, or endorse user-generated content.
2. Information for Rights Holders (Notice & Takedown)
We comply fully with Swiss copyright legislation (including the Swiss Copyright Act, CopA) and global intellectual property standards. If you are a copyright owner, artist, or authorized agent and believe that content hosted on our website infringes upon your intellectual property, you may submit a formal Takedown Notice.
To file a notice, please send an explicit written communication to our designated legal desk at:
Your notice must contain the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (including a link or reference to the original work).
- Identification of the infringing material on our website that you want removed (including the exact URLs of the product pages or profiles).
- Your contact information, including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith confirming that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy, declaring under penalty of perjury or equivalent legal liability that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Our Actions Upon Receiving a Notice
Upon receipt of a valid, clear infringement notice, we operate a swift "Notice-and-Takedown" process in accordance with Swiss hosting provider standards:
- We will promptly investigate the claim and remove or disable public access to the disputed material.
- We will notify the uploading user or supplier of the claim and the action taken.
- In strict compliance with modern Swiss copyright framework adaptations, we implement technically and economically reasonable measures to ensure that clearly identified infringed works do not get repeatedly re-uploaded to our ecosystem ("Stay-Down" obligations).
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
To protect our marketplace ecosystem, we maintain a strict policy against repeat copyright violation. Users or suppliers who repeatedly upload unauthorized imagery or fail to provide valid counter-notices will have their accounts permanently suspended, their storefronts closed, and their access to our technical infrastructure terminated.
